Our Process

No surprises, no up-charges. 

Here is what you can expect from us, from booking to that post-clean feeling.

1. Complete the Quote Request form with the details of your cleaning, or give us a call to speak to a human.
2. A member of our team will return your call or email with confirmation of the date & time of your appointment.
3. 24 hours in advance, we will send over some information and reminders to help you prepare for your service.
4. At the date and time of your service, please be available to meet the Technician. If you are planning to be away at that time, ensure you make arrangements with us in advance of your appointment.
5. Once the Technician arrives, they will complete a quick walkthrough of the space and let you know an estimated time of completion.
6. Payment is due upon completion of the service.
7. Please leave your carpets and / or upholstery untouched for 3 - 6 hours following your service.
