We only use products with natural ingredients, reducing chemicals on surfaces and in your air, keeping your family safe and healthy.  Our top-of-the-line truck mount can heat water to over 200 degrees which allows for a superior clean and sanitation of your carpets without the need to use an excessive amount of cleaning solution. 

We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home and business. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. If your service didn't exceed expectations, let us know and we will make things right.  

During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

You can pay the technician directly via credit, interact, cash or e-transfer. If you wont be available upon completion of the service, it is requested that you pay technician upon arrival so that he is not delayed at the end of the service awaiting the payment. 

It is recommended you stay off the carpets or walk very minimally for 2-6 hours after the service. Our system uses the maximum amount of suction to extract the water and steam so your carpets dry significantly faster than our competitors. 

We have a truckmount system and a portable system. Most jobs require truckmount however individual apartments and condo units can get an adequate clean with the portable system. You can confirm upon booking which system will be used. 

To keep your carpets and upholstery looking their best, it's recommended to have them professionally cleaned every 12 - 18 months, with regular cleaning and maintenance in between.
